Due to the fact that the daily operational processes of a business involves meeting deadlines, customer expectations, services, book keeping, and a lot of documentation and organizational systems, it is not surprising that work offices, both for small and large businesses, are among the top places where you are sure to find stress.

Stress is one of the most common challenges employees and employers face in everyday business operations. As this condition sometimes affect the productivity in the office, it is essential that a measure is being done to somehow reduce its occurrence. Many large companies, most commonly the call center industry which operates mainly with manpower and technology, tend to think of ways to reduce the stress in the working environment. This strategy is also a good idea to be applied in small businesses.

One of the great ways to reduce stress in the working environment is creating a friendly human interaction between employees and employers. Each individual must be a team player, therefore should be concerned in the welfare of each other’s performances. Both employees and employers must know how to interact well with each other. Most of the time, sharing jokes, stories and finding humor in difficult situations are a great help in reducing stress.
